Dentures are removable oral appliances which replace one or more missing teeth, and may add a more youthful appearance by supporting facial muscles. They will also aid in mastication (chewing) and speech. Dentures may be supported with implants, your natural teeth or the remaining dental ridge. Dentures last approximately 5 to 10 years. Also, remember that just because you have a denture, does not mean you no longer need to see the dentist. Here at Stone Creek Dental, we repair worn down dentures and help them fit you better.
